The Montessori World is an international directory devoted exclusively to Montessori education.

We bring together Montessori schools from all over the world and publish the information each one states about itself. Our aim is to help families find projects aligned with Montessori that share practices such as these:

• Prepared environments with authentic Montessori materials.
• At least one guide per environment with Montessori training.
• Mixed-age groups, usually spanning three years.
• Long periods of self-directed work, uninterrupted.
• An approach built on intrinsic motivation, without grades, rewards or punishments.
